About Esme
My passion for chemistry developed from an early curiosity about chemical reactions, molecular structures, and the principles governing the natural world. This led me to pursue an M.Sc in Inorganic Chemistry, where I gained in-depth knowledge of coordination chemistry, molecular structures, and analytical techniques. Over 10 years, I have guided learners of varying levels, helping them transform initial confusion into clarity, skill, and confidence, fostering both academic and personal growth.
I follow a teaching methodology that is patient, structured, and adaptable. I break down complex topics into understandable segments, provide visual and real-world examples, and encourage students to engage in active problem-solving. This approach ensures learners internalize concepts, develop analytical skills, and cultivate independent thinking.
Beyond teaching, I stay actively engaged in chemical research, laboratory work, and scientific exploration, which enriches my lessons with contemporary relevance and practical application.
