Persistence and encouragement are as important as the actual lesson. Lesson time is not as important as grasping the concept as we all learn a little differently.
Decades of post graduate experience means in real world situations allows a more down to earth approach to a subject that can be profoundly complex.
Ideally students interested in Chemistry have spilt away from general science and would be in the later years of high school study - so preferred student range is year 10 and above.
