About Nilanjana
I am well-versed in Organic Chemistry. I have completed my Doctoral programme from BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad Campus. I worked as a Pst-Doctoral Research Associate at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. Currently, I am seeking for graduate chemistry students as well as students from class XI, and XII.
How would I create an innovative learning environment?
(1) Encourage the students to ask more questions to dig deeper into the subject. We should
create a student-friendly environment so they can ask more questions without hesitation.
(2) We should focus on more practical and real-life problems to clarify the subjects more.
(3) It will be very good if we can utilize the technological tools in the classroom to make the
subject more interesting and improve the clarity of the subject for the students.
(4) We must encourage the students to think more instead of memorizing things.
(5) I would like to give them projects and assignments that need a lot of innovative thinking.
