I have nearly 3 years experience of tutoring students from KS2 to A level. I am 22 years old and currently studying Chemical engineering. I ensure that I get to know my students by asking what areas of the subject they easy and which ones they find difficult and what grade they a currently on along with what they are predicted. Through this I'll get a clear understanding of where I can help the student in getting better. This will be done through giving them past paper exam questions based on the topics they struggle with and see how they deal with the questions. I will then teach them certain ways of dealing with topics they struggle with in an easier manner. Typical length of a lesson would be between 1-2 hours.
