About Irshad
I am a dedicated and disciplined educator with a strong academic background in Chemical Engineering and a genuine passion for teaching. Over the past three years, I have guided students in Mathematics and Science, helping them improve their conceptual understanding, accuracy, and exam performance. My approach as a tutor is structured, interactive, and focused on building deep conceptual clarity. I believe students perform best when they truly understand the “why” behind every formula and concept. Instead of rote memorization, I emphasize logical thinking, step-by-step problem solving, and consistent practice.
A typical lesson begins with a short revision of previous topics to strengthen retention. I then introduce the new concept with clear explanations and simple examples. After that, we solve different types of problems together — starting from basic to advanced level. I gradually encourage students to attempt questions independently while I guide and correct them. At the end of the session, I summarize key points and assign targeted practice questions.
What sets me apart is my analytical mindset as a Chemical Engineering graduate and my experience guiding students through competitive-level questions. I adapt my pace and explanation style according to each student’s level and goals.
My lessons are designed for middle school, high school, and early college students, especially those preparing for board exams or competitive exams. My goal is to help every student gain confidence, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
