About Marco
I have been a professional cook for 15 years, chief chef for 10. I have worked in first-class restaurants and throughout my career I studied and put into practice knowledge of vegan and vegetarian food, as well as gluten-free and gluten-free food. Due to family tradition, I specialized in traditional Argentine and Italian cuisine.

In my classes, the kitchen is a creative laboratory where we learn dynamically and didactically. Tasting, touching, feeling and understanding the raw material is the best way to start. My teaching method seeks to make children and adults fall in love with cooking through fun and creative classes, both in person and online, where we learn and create recipes focused on the needs and interests of each student.

Perfect! Marco es un excelente profe de cocina. Es muy profesional (nos espera con su uniforme de chef y las clases empiezan puntualmente), es dedicado y explica todo con claridad. Mi hijo de 13 años disfruta mucho su clase a la distancia. ¡Nosotros vivimos en Nueva York!
