About Jerome
Hello, I’m Jerome, and I’m delighted to be your Healthy Cooking Tutor.
I bring many years of experience as a chef, hospitality trainer, and culinary mentor, and I’ve had the privilege of working across restaurants, catering, and fast-casual brands both in Australia and internationally. My background allows me to teach healthy cooking in a way that is practical, achievable, and grounded in real kitchen experience.
My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and easy to follow. I focus on simple techniques, fresh ingredients, and healthier ways to prepare food without compromising on flavor. Whether you’re completely new to cooking or looking to build more confidence in the kitchen, I’ll guide you step-by-step and make sure you feel comfortable and capable throughout the process.
Professionalism is important to me. I take care in planning each lesson, creating a safe and welcoming learning environment, and providing clear explanations that suit different learning styles. You can expect patience, encouragement, and plenty of opportunities to practice and ask questions.
My goal is to help you enjoy cooking, understand the foundations of healthy eating, and feel confident creating meals that support your well-being. I’m looking forward to working with you and helping you build skills you can use every day.

Hi everyone, I’m Jerome — great to meet you all.
I’ve spent many years working as a chef and trainer, and these days I focus on helping people build practical, healthy cooking skills that fit real life.
My approach is simple and down-to-earth: I keep things hands-on, easy to follow, and enjoyable. We’ll focus on fresh ingredients, smart techniques, and healthier ways to cook without losing flavor. I’ll show you step-by-step, give you time to practice, and support you at your own pace.
There’s no pressure here — just learning, tasting, and building confidence in the kitchen. Ask questions, get involved, and have fun with it. Healthy cooking should feel achievable, not overwhelming.
