About Léon
Over the last 10 years, I have worked with small and large size businesses to improve the way they manage their people. I have practiced coaching and performed individual training to enhance people's resilience and help them embrace change.
With a background in consulting, coaching and people management, I bring experience and core learnings to my sessions.

I am Leon, not your typical counsellor. I share and value communication in a warm and friendly environment. I will not let you talk for hours. That's awful. I talk as much as you do and share experiences.
