About Shashank
# About Me
I am a CFA Charterholder and Capital Markets professional with 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry. I currently work in a managerial role at one of Canada’s leading banks, where I lead and mentor a team of professionals and regularly work with complex calculations, financial data and analytical problems.
My academic background includes Bachelor’s degrees in both Commerce and Law, along with the CFA designation, which has given me a strong foundation in mathematics, finance, statistics and analytical thinking.
I take teaching seriously and aim to create a professional, patient and comfortable learning environment. I believe there is no single way to explain a concept—if something is unclear, I am happy to explain it multiple times and in different ways until it truly makes sense.
My goal is not simply to help students arrive at the correct answer, but to help them understand the logic behind it so they can confidently solve similar problems on their own.
