About Hemalata
Hello! I am Hemalata, a certified Yoga Trainer passionate about helping people build a healthier body and a calmer mind through the practice of yoga. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and focused on helping each student progress at their own pace. I emphasize correct posture, breathing, mindfulness, and safe practice in every session. My goal is to make yoga enjoyable, accessible, and a meaningful part of your daily life while helping you develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace.

Every class is conducted live online in a friendly, supportive, and interactive environment. Sessions begin with gentle warm-up exercises, followed by yoga asanas, breathing techniques (Pranayama), and conclude with relaxation and meditation. Each class is tailored to the student's age, fitness level, flexibility, and personal goals, ensuring steady and safe progress.
I focus on correct posture, alignment, breathing, and mindfulness rather than rushing through poses. My classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate practitioners, working professionals, homemakers, seniors, and anyone looking to improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance, and overall well-being. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, build a consistent yoga practice, or simply feel healthier, I will guide you step by step with patience and personal attention.
