Rooted in authentic tradition as a 250-hour certified instructor from Yog Vidya Gurukul—with specialized training in Asanas, Pranayama and Yoga Therapy, I bring over three years of dedicated experience to my classes, but my true drive comes from a deep passion for helping others. I teach because yoga offers a transformative sanctuary from the noise of daily life, and my greatest joy is empowering you to reconnect with your mind and body. Whether you are building foundational strength or seeking healing through breathwork, my goal is to guide you with empathy, meeting you exactly where you are on your wellness journey.

Yoga is a deeply personal journey, not a one-size-fits-all practice. Drawing from my 250 hours of certification at Yog Vidya Gurukul, specialized training in Pranayama and Yoga Therapy, and over 3 years of teaching experience, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you are building foundational strength in asanas, exploring the calming depths of breathwork, or seeking therapeutic relief, I focus on creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space.
