About Veer
Hello! I’m Lakhveer Kaur, a certified Yoga Therapy instructor (PGDYT) with a strong passion for holistic healing. I have also studied engineering (B.Tech ECE), but my real calling has always been to help people through yoga and spirituality. Main khud PCOD, anxiety aur stress se guzri hoon, aur yoga ne mujhe nayi zindagi di hai. Isi journey ne mujhe inspire kiya ki main dusron ki bhi help karun. Mere sessions mein sirf yoga asanas hi nahi, balki emotional healing, breathing techniques aur meditation bhi hota hai. Main chahti hoon ki har insaan apni asli shakti pehchane aur ek healthy aur peaceful life jeeye. Let's grow and heal together!

In my yoga classes, I focus on holistic healing through asanas like Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, Vajrasana, Trikonasana, Shavasana, and more. We will also practice Pranayama techniques such as Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Kapalbhati, and deep breathing for stress relief. Mere yoga sessions har level ke students ke liye hain – beginners se le kar un logon tak jo PCOD, cervical pain, stress, anxiety, obesity ya hormonal imbalance se guzar rahe hain. Har class mein aapko milega ek shant, surakshit aur guided environment jahan healing aur transformation dono hoti hai. Classes include meditation, stretching, and customized yoga therapy plans to help you improve flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
