About Vaishali
I am a certified yoga teacher with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Yoga and over 6 years of teaching experience. I began my yoga journey in 2016 and have taught students through both online and offline sessions.
My expertise includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, prenatal and postnatal yoga. I believe yoga should be accessible, personalized and enjoyable, rather than a one-size-fits-all practice. I adapt my teaching to each student's experience, body, lifestyle and goals.
My teaching style is calm, supportive and encouraging, with a strong focus on safe alignment, clear instructions and mindful movement. Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I am here to guide you step by step and help you develop a sustainable yoga routine from the comfort of your home.

I offer personalised live online yoga sessions designed around your body, experience and goals. Classes are conducted online via Zoom in a supportive and comfortable environment, helping you build a consistent yoga practice from home.
