About Kyra
Hello, I'm Kyra, and I'm thrilled to embark on this transformative journey with you. With over six years of experience as a certified yoga teacher, I am dedicated to guiding you through the ancient practice of Hatha yoga.
My passion for yoga stems from its profound ability to unite the mind, body, and spirit, fostering balance, strength, and inner peace. As a practitioner of Hatha yoga, I specialize in traditional techniques that focus on mind-body strengthening through breath-work and Raja yoga exercises.
Through my years of teaching, I have witnessed the transformative power of yoga in the lives of my students. From enhancing physical flexibility to reducing stress and anxiety, yoga has the potential to bring about profound positive changes in our lives.
