About Carrina
I have been practicing yoga for many years. For my personal practice, I have explored different styles of yoga over time, starting with hatha yoga, then vinyasa, bikram and ashtanga. Each practice is very different, but each one allowed me to learn more about myself, my state of mind, the limits of my body and the discipline necessary for the practice. In yoga, you never stop learning and constantly evolving, and this is precisely what I want to pass on to my students.

My name is Carrina, and I’m a certified yoga teacher. I learned everything I know about this practice in India, the birthplace of yoga.
I teach vinyasa, ashtanga, and pre/post-natal yoga. I blend modern western yoga with traditional practices from India.
If you wish to deepen your practice, you can also learn pranayama, meditation, mantra, and yoga nidra with me.
Yoga's essence is to align the mind and body. I am here to help you restore this energy and connection.

Carrina is a fenomenal yogateacher, she held a yoga class for 35 people in Spain at the beach. Also i've been doing classes with her a lot in the past few years. She does a mix of vinyasa and hatha. Would do it over and over again.
I joined one of Carina’s yoga classes on the beach in Spain, together with a group of wonderful and conscious people from our online community. It was such a beautiful experience, after about 10 to 15 minutes, I already felt flexible and literally light in my body.

Carrina enseigne le yoga en français ou en anglais, est très attentive à vos positions et n’hésite pas à vous corriger si besoin. Les sessions commencent en douceur et s'intensifient en fonction du niveau de chacun.
