About Chloe
Just over 3 years ago I made the best decision of my life... I decided to listen to the calling of my heart and take action by leaving behind my 10-year career working in Hospitality & Events Management, to start my journey of becoming a Yoga teacher. I took my 2 month Yoga teaching training course right at the start of the Pandemic, and due to the circumstances, I had the absolute blessing of 1-1 lessons every day with my incredible Yoga teachers in Rishikesh, India. I was taught the traditional (non-western) teachings of both Kundalini & Hatha Yoga, including learning all of the basic asanas, intensive chakra education, traditional philosophies, advanced meditation techniques, pranayam (breathwork), mantra, anatomy & Ayurveda (learning about nutrition & body types). I never could have comprehended the amount of knowledge that I was gifted throughout this course and I am eternally grateful to Sri Yoga Ashram & all of my teachers. Since then I have been working with my students 1-1, teaching group classes, and hosting women's circles and spiritual gatherings. It hasn't been an easy ride, but I am here to tell the tales and to use my experiences (and mistakes) to help show others the way to connect to themselves and their true calling. I am now in a place where I am calling in more students to offer intensive (& fun!) lessons & courses for those who are feeling the calling to gain a deeper connection with themselves & gain a massive health & wellbeing upgrade. I can also offer guidance & coaching for anyone who is ready to leave the busy rat race and wants to start a spiritually-led business with the right mindset & self-belief. It's time to re-learn ourselves.

Yoga for me is about relaxing, switching off from the outside world, focusing on myself and getting into the routine of practices which make me feel WONDERFUL. For all of my Yoga classes, I like to incorporate breathing techniques, meditation, movement, and deep relaxation to ensure that every part of both of the physical and mental body feel restored and energised. My own healing journey has been very influential on how I teach as I want my students to gain a better understanding of themselves in order to feel healthy and vibrant. Smiles are encouraged :) My Offerings Include: - Traditional Kundalini Yoga Classes - Yin Yoga Classes - Hatha Yoga Classes - Breathwork Classes - Meditation Classes (variety of techniques) - Yoga Nidra (full 1 hour conscious journey) - Chakra Classes - Alternative Medicine & Nutritional Plans I absolutely LOVE Yoga! Over the last 7 years that I have been practising Yoga, I have experienced many different styles and techniques. I like to try and stay true to the more traditional ways of teaching yoga, focusing on one's spiritual journey and deep personal healing. Before becoming a yoga teacher I studied Philosophy, Alternative Medicine and was working as an artist. I have always been heavily invested in the well-being of myself and others and the practice of Yoga has really helped me to unify all of my creative passions.

Perfect! I have been taking a private Kundalini Yoga lessons with Chloe over last months and it has been a great experiance. She's patient, supportive and know how to engage student into Yoga lifestyle. I found her lessons very engaging and I'm happy to recommend Chloe as a teacher to every person who is interested in Kundalini Yoga.

Perfect! I have had 2 sessions so far, and I already feel good within. Chloe really takes the time to understand your needs, and tailors the sessions accordingly. As a beginner, I feel face to face sessions are a must to ensure your poses are correct. Chloe does both face to face and online which is convenient for me. My flexibility isn’t great, and I was looking for someone who can go my pace. Chloe isn’t judgemental, nor does she make me do poses that overly strain my body. She’s very calm, motivating and super nice! I would recommend her.

Chloe is such a great tutor. She took the time upfront to discuss all of my needs, so she fully understood if and how she could help me.
She then ran a series of 1-2-1 tailored sessions for me which really helped to heal the issues I was having with my hips.
Chloe was extremely flexible and was able to flex her approach depending on how I was feeling on the day.
In addition to great lessons, she also gave me a lot of more holistic advice around well-being and healing to compliment what we were doing in the sessions.
She’s worth every penny!I’ve worked with Chloe now for about 5 weeks and she is an absolutely incredible teacher! I really enjoy her 121 classes as she’s very intuitive, empathetic & knowledgeable. We have a lot of fun! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Chloë’s approach to healing and yoga is understanding and passionate, no individual is carved in the same way and her practice really makes you feel a sense of self-worth and individuality. Had a lesson with Chloe, and it was brilliant! Chloe's calm and confident style created a relaxing environment for learning.
