As a certified yoga teacher, I provide structured, supportive classes designed to improve strength, flexibility, and inner calm. My teaching combines mindful movement, precise alignment, and breath awareness, ensuring that every student feels safe, guided, and encouraged. With a compassionate yet professional approach, I tailor lessons to suit beginners building confidence, as well as more experienced practitioners refining their practice.
