About Paras
As an RYT200 certified yoga instructor, I am dedicated to helping my students find a sense of balance, strength, and overall wellness through the practice of yoga. I have created a series of Hatha and Astanga Yoga lessons for people aged between 20 - 65 years old. The lessons are designed to create balance within your body to achieve overall well-being for my students.
I also provide personalized lesson plans based on my student's needs whether be it for weight loss, weight gain, or for athletic purposes. Welcome to my classes and make sure you are ready for the challenge.
