Hello! My name is Saraswati Rai, and I am a certified yoga instructor from India with 7+ years of teaching experience.
I am passionate about helping people improve their health, fitness, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being through yoga.
I teach in a simple, friendly, and supportive way. I understand that every student is different, so I adapt my sessions according to their fitness level, goals, and experience.
I welcome beginners as well as regular yoga practitioners. My goal is to help you build a safe, consistent, and enjoyable yoga practice.
