About Komal
I have completed 200 Hour and 500 Hour Teacher Training Courses in Mysore and have been teaching for over 5 years now.
My journey in yoga has made me understand and value holistic wellness and live in alignment with those values. From mindfulness, healthy eating (plant-based diet), sustainability, minimalism, and practicing gratitude and compassion, my lifestyle aligns with the core essence of yoga. I aim to impart this holistic approach, guiding others towards a balanced well-being (physical, mental and spiritual).

Each class starts with a mindful Hatha Yogasana flow followed by Pranayama and conclude it with Meditation / Deep Relaxation Techniques. It is designed for beginners as well as intermediate level practitioners (above 12 years).
Additionally, you will also be provided with tips on healthy diet, mindfulness and yogic lifestyle at the end of every session to enhance the experience of your practice.
My knowledge of yoga practice is more than just a physical exercise routine; it's a profound and integrated practice that touches various aspects of one's life, including mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
