About Joanna
I am a certified yoga instructor based in Dubai, originally from Greece, where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018. With over 6 years of experience, I offer safe, supportive, and personalized yoga sessions for all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners. My goal is to help each student feel stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to both body and mind. I currently live and teach in the UAE, specifically in Dubai, offering both in-person and online sessions tailored to individual needs and lifestyles.

I’m a certified 200hr RYT yoga instructor offering personalized Hatha and Vinyasa sessions in Dubai, both online and in person. My classes focus on breathwork, posture alignment, strength, flexibility, and relaxation—adapted to all levels, from beginners to intermediate. I have experience working with individuals, small groups, and professionals like cabin crew, with a special focus on women’s wellness, stress relief, and mindful movement. Sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes and can be tailored to your goals, schedule, and physical needs.
