About Himani
I am a specialized and certified yoga trainer for meditation and treating disorders. I work with all age groups. Also being certified for naturopathy practitioner and Ayurveda treatments. Specialized for advanced asanas, prenatal sessions, postnatal sessions, asthma, diabetes, weight loss, overall fitness, pranayama (breathing practices), shat karma (cleansing techniques) and meditation.

About the lesson

The class depends upon the person's health. Normal protocol is followed if the person is found to be fit totally otherwise the class depends on the treatment relatively. The planning for the class is too switched according to the demand. The class starts with om chanting followed up by warm up and asanas (60% of the session time), relaxation or cooling down (5%), pranayama (20%), meditation (10%) and ended upon prayer (taking the rest 5%). Rest is modified as per individual's condition and demand.
