About Shahnnon
I am a certified music educator in Wisconsin who taught instrumental music in the middle school classroom for five years. I love the art of teaching and saw the need for individualized instruction to support the hard work of classroom music teachers.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I found interactive and fun ways to continue connecting with my students while we were apart, focusing on topics and techniques that were difficult to replicate in person in a noisy classroom setting. I aim to use my home technology to explore under-stated musical concepts to "fill in" where difficult for music educators in schools.

What inspires you to play? Do you want to learn a specific song, sound like a player you admire, or something entirely different? No matter the reason, learning an instrument is a valuable and enjoyable skill no matter when you start. The core of my philosophy is to take the unique thoughts and ideas of the student and apply them directly to their learning path.
- Lessons tailored to your goals that we discuss and implement together
- All ages welcome to learn woodwinds (recommended over 10 years old)
- Must have a working microphone (high quality recommended), webcam highly recommended but not required
