About Saskia
I am a professional singer-songwriter and vocal coach with a specialized focus on the intersection of creativity, neuroscience, and nervous system health. Following a period of creative burnout, I discovered that reconnecting with my voice was a powerful catalyst for personal healing and transformation. Through songwriting, I was able to process complex emotions, rebuild resilience, and restore my creative flow. This experience led me to develop a trauma-informed, science-backed approach to vocal coaching that supports individuals in accessing their authentic voice—whether in performance, public speaking, or personal expression. I am passionate about helping others, particularly those experiencing burnout or creative disconnection, to rediscover their confidence and creative vitality through the voice.
