About Melina
I am a passionate Yoga instructor who strongly believes that incorporating yoga into daily life situations is very important. I have been practicing yoga for 3yrs (including hatha and vinyasa) and have teached for 1. I would love for my students to incorporate what they learn on the mat into their daily lives so they can cope with difficult situations and grow to the best version of themselves.

As a vinyasa yoga teacher, my aim is to create a safe space where I can guide and align people through asanas. I would love to hold a sacred space for people to develop their own supportive foundation and internal connections. With the knowledge of the ancient yogic philosophy, I will invite people to energetically connect to themselves and the universal energies. And I like to incorporate sacred concepts and philosophy from the ancient vedas. We will go through certain mantras (vibrational phrases), pranayama (breath), asanas (poses) and mudras (hand gestures) to deepen your connection in your practice.
