About Anne
Anne Bornancin is a certified contemporary dance teacher since 2016 with Studio Harmonic at Paris. She likes the movement of the body in fluidity, softness and contrasts. For her, contemporary dance is much more than sequences of movements but the research of the sensations of the body and its expression through improvisations and workshops.
This is why she loves Vinyasa yoga, and became certified teacher 200h in August 2021 with AyuYogaSchool. Yoga allows her to respect her body and to be even more attentive to it, and that's what she wants to share with her dance students or yoga practitioners.
She is also certified in endometriosis yoga 50h with Aurélie Maire, to respond to the pain of the disease but also for adenomyosis and painful periods in general. It's a personalized class offered to each person to find relief from the crises they may to have, or to the pains of everyday.

The Vinyasa Yoga class will begin with a silent moment to refocus and connect to your sensations.
Then gradually, we'll move the body before performing the sun salutations, which allows you to stretch and warming it up. Then, we'll move on to the center of the class with several postures which change according to the theme of the session. Finally, we will end with Savasana, the relaxation posture, which is for me the most important because it allows the body to assimilate all the postures performed and their benefits.
It is quite possible to do 1 or 2 pranayamas after the relaxation, according to the desire of the practitioner.
