About Adam
I teach because I’m passionate about helping students build a deep understanding of mathematics and gain the confidence to succeed. With over 10 years of tutoring experience, I bring both expertise and dedication to every lesson. My goal is to empower each student to reach their full potential, whether they’re tackling GCSEs, A-Levels, or beyond. I aim to create a supportive and professional learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and ultimately thrive in their studies.

I have extensive classroom and tutoring experience, teaching a wide range of mathematics qualifications, including Edexcel IGCSE Mathematics (A), Cambridge IGCSE Additional Mathematics, Edexcel A-Level Mathematics, and all levels of IB Mathematics. I have worked with all major UK exam boards, ensuring students are well-prepared for their exams. Within my teaching role at a school, I coordinate and prepare students for prestigious competitions such as the UKMT IMC/SMC and follow-up rounds, including the Olympiads, fostering problem-solving and mathematical thinking. I also organise and prepare students for the Hans Woyda competition, providing them with valuable opportunities to challenge themselves and showcase their skills.
