About Candace
As a coach and teacher, my method is grounded in creating safe, supportive, and transformational learning spaces. I believe growth happens when knowledge is not only taught but also experienced, so I combine structured teaching with interactive practices that allow people to immediately apply what they learn. My approach blends reflective journaling, coaching conversations, assessments, and embodied practices such as meditation and breathwork to engage the whole person—spirit, mind, and body. A typical lesson begins with centering and connection, followed by teaching that balances inspiration with practical application. From there, people engage in guided exercises, role-play, or reflective work to deepen their understanding. Each session closes with a clear takeaway, affirmation, or action step so they leave not only informed but equipped. What sets me apart is my unique ability to integrate professional coaching techniques, spiritual wisdom, and real-world leadership experience. I don’t just provide information—I cultivate transformation. The lessons are designed for anyone who is committed to growth and development—whether just beginning the journey or looking to sharpen and elevate skills at a more advanced level. My approach is relational, reflective, and transformational. I don’t just teach content, I invite people into an experience. I use a blend of coaching questions, interactive discussion, practical exercises, and reflective journaling so that every session becomes both educational and deeply personal. I draw on faith, leadership principles, and proven coaching practices, weaving in assessments, storytelling, and embodiment techniques such as breath-work, meditation, and movement to make the learning holistic.
