About Justin
I’m Justin, an active fighter and certified personal trainer with over two years of coaching experience. With a background in Muay Thai, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I’ve competed in over a dozen fights, including matches in Thailand and across the U.S. I’m proud to currently hold the title of Southeast K1 Light Heavyweight Champion. Beyond my achievements in the ring, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others reach their full potential. I take pride in creating a supportive and empowering training environment, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or working toward your next big goal. When I’m not training or coaching, I’m constantly learning and improving my craft to provide the best experience for my clients. Fitness is not just about physical transformation—it’s about building confidence, discipline, and a strong mindset.

What sets me apart is my experience as a professional fighter and coach. As the Southeast K1 Light Heavyweight Champion, I bring real-world insight to my training, offering not just physical preparation but also mindset coaching for discipline and resilience.
