About Emmanuel Morgan
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Earth science (geology major), master’s degree in geography and professional development in science education. Other qualifications to my credit include; Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), C.A.I.E/IGCSE Certification (Cambridge University Press & Assessment, United Kingdom), and Project-Based Learning – Enhanced with Artificial Intelligence (Idaho State University, USA). I have about 15 years professional experience teaching mathematics, chemistry and physics to students in Grades 9-12, and science and geography to students in Grades 6-8. I prepare students for ACT, SAT, and GCSE exams. I have been voted best teacher several times by students and institutions’ reviews. Proud to say that students I taught some years ago are now doctors, accountants, engineers and scientists in their respective fields. I’m such a passionate and experienced teacher who understands the importance of starting from scratch and clearing the basics as principles in knowledge growth. I use personalized methodology to meet individual needs. As an examiner, I know the nitty-gritty of question structures and what students need to score high grades. Each lesson starts with motivation and creating a friendly approach; which makes my student feel relaxed and ready-to-learn. I recognize the fact that some are fast learners; some are slow learners, while others assimilate at a moderate pace. I understand the importance of starting from scratch and clearing the basics as principles in knowledge growth. However, I use a personalized learning method to tailor each lesson to suit my student’s specific needs. I simplify each concept, which invariably helps the learner to understand and develop sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I ask thought-provoking questions and use relevant educational materials to teach. We will practice exam-type questions to familiarize with question structures and how to answer them. As an experienced teacher and examiner, I will reveal the secrets that will help you achieve high grades in your exams. I’m proud to say that all my students pass their examinations with good grades. Even those struggling academically usually pick up shortly after I start teaching them. Such achievement is made through effective teaching, use of appropriate methodology and learner understanding of the subject matter. I have about 15 years experience in teaching Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics for Grades 7 to 12, ACT, SAT, and Sciences for middle/junior high school students. As a bonus, a student in mathematics, chemistry, physics or science class with me, is free to ask questions or seek clarification in other subjects I teach.
