About Kate
Hello! I'm a certified special education teacher with 13 years of experience helping students reach their full potential. I am passionate about creating supportive, engaging learning environments where students can build confidence and achieve success. Throughout my career, I've worked with students with a wide range of learning needs and have developed expertise in individualized instruction, academic intervention, and skill-building.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling, hiking, Pilates, reading, rock climbing, and exploring new cultures. I believe learning happens both inside and outside the classroom, and I love helping students discover their strengths while developing a lifelong love of learning.
