About Tirthankar
I am a certified, professional sound engineer (since 2009) and a successful studio owner (since 2012).
I have a Diploma in Sound Engineering & Recording Arts(2009) from Digital Academy, Mumbai, under mentors - Daman Sood, Mujeeb Dadarkar and Vijay Benegal.
I worked with India's leading audio rental company, Sound.Com(2010-11), under Warren D'souza.
I have been giving private training on Sound & Music Production since 2017.

Sound is a practical subject. I always begin with the basics of sound, understanding acoustics and then progress into the art, science & practical workflow of recording and mixing. Music production goes hand in hand with learning the above, however, it also needs a prior understanding of music basics, that I cover if needed, but in a different session.
There's always real studio try-outs and practical learning involved for students in the city. For online students, I use team viewer to guide them through steps and help explain their Digital Audio Workstation workflow.
