I'm a certified RYT-500 yoga teacher with a background in yoga, aerial arts, and pole movement. My teaching style combines mindful movement with proper alignment to help students build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness in a supportive environment.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I tailor each lesson to your goals, experience, and pace. My aim is to help you move with confidence, improve mobility, and develop a practice that feels both challenging and enjoyable.
