About Gunjan
I’m a certified Pilates Instructor from the FSSA Council, passionate about helping women discover strength, balance and confidence through mindful movement. My classes focus on posture correction, core stability and the kind of body awareness that creates lasting transformation. Before stepping into Pilates, I trained as a Brown 4 Belt in Karate, representing myself in several open tournaments. My journey of discipline and resilience continued in the NCC senior wing, later I was twice recommended by the Indian Army - an experience that shaped my determination and spirit. However, a medical rejection turned my path toward healing and that’s when I found Pilates. What began as recovery soon became rediscovery. Pilates helped me rebuild my strength, confidence and energy from within it truly made my spine shine again. Today, I bring that same sense of empowerment and transformation to every woman I teach, guiding them to feel stronger, lighter and beautifully aligned - inside and out.

1. Where Strength Meets Stillness
Pilates in my class isn’t just a workout, it’s a journey of awareness. Every session is thoughtfully designed to help you feel more aligned, centered and graceful. With each controlled movement, you’ll learn how strength and stillness can exist together, shaping not just your body but your inner calm too.
2. Personalized to Your Flow
Every woman’s body has a different story and I believe fitness should respect that. My classes are customized to your comfort, flexibility and pace. Whether you’re a beginner finding your rhythm or returning after a break, every session is adapted to your level so you can progress safely and confidently.
3. Beyond Exercise — It’s a Healing Space
Pilates healed me when I needed it most. What began as recovery after my medical rejection became a rediscovery of my strength and confidence. That’s why my classes aren’t just about stretching or toning they’re about healing, rebuilding and reconnecting with yourself through mindful movement and breath.
4. For Women, By a Woman Who’s Been There
I understand the changes, struggles, and silent goals women carry every day. These classes are designed to help you feel lighter, taller and more alive both physically and emotionally. Through Pilates, I aim to bring the same transformation I once experienced: a confident posture, a calm mind and a spine that truly shines.
