For Adults
Physical Therapy Session 45–60 Minutes
1. Assessment – 10 min
We start with your story. I’ll check your posture, range of motion, and pain points. No guesswork — we find the root cause.
You’ll leave understanding WHY you hurt.
2. Hands-On Treatment – 20 min
Joint mobilization, soft tissue release, and corrective techniques to reduce pain immediately. All evidence-based. All superproof safe.
3. Therapeutic Exercise – 20 min
Custom exercises to rebuild strength, stability, and flexibility. You’ll get 2–3 “homework” moves to speed up recovery.
We don’t just treat — we teach you to stay pain-free.
4. Plan & Educate – 5–10 min
You’ll get a clear recovery timeline, do’s/don’ts, and how to prevent re-injury.
Goal: Get you back to work, sport, and life — stronger.
Who this is for: Back/neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgery, stroke rehab, arthritis, poor posture from desk work.

For Kids/Pediatric PT
Kids Physio Ages 4–15 -30–45 Minutes
Kids don’t do “boring rehab.” We turn recovery into play.
1. Play-Based Assessment
We check balance, coordination, and strength through games. Parents join in so you understand every step.
2. Gentle Treatment
Hands-on work to improve mobility and reduce pain. 100% child-safe, no force.
3. Functional Games & Exercises
Obstacle courses, animal walks, and targeted drills. Kids build strength without knowing it’s “therapy.”
4. Home Plan for Parents
3 simple exercises/posture tips you can do at home. Progress tracked weekly.
Common cases: Toe-walking, flat feet, sports injuries, scoliosis, developmental delays, post-fracture rehab.
