About Preethi R
I’m a Certified Jolly Phonics Trainer, and I absolutely love helping children take their first steps into the world of reading and writing. My classes are not just lessons—they are joyful, interactive learning experiences designed to spark curiosity and confidence in every child. I believe that learning should be stress-free and natural, especially for early learners. That’s why I use creative, child-friendly methods like songs, actions, stories, and games to teach phonetic sounds, blending, spelling, and sentence formation. Whether your child is a beginner or needs help improving fluency, I offer structured guidance with plenty of encouragement, tailored worksheets, and consistent parent feedback. Age Group: Designed for children aged 5 years & above – beginners and early readers. Teaching Techniques & Method: Classes follow the Jolly Phonics method – a fun, multi-sensory approach that includes: 1. Sound recognition through actions, songs, and stories 2. Blending and segmenting techniques for reading and spelling 3. Use of visuals, props, interactive games, and phonics-based worksheets 4. Focus on phonic sounds, digraphs, tricky words, and sentence construction Each lesson is child-friendly, engaging, and builds confidence in reading and writing through play-based learning and repetition. Outcomes of the Classes: 1. Recognize and pronounce 42+ letter sounds correctly 2. Read simple to advanced CVC and digraph-based words 3. Write independently using correct sound patterns and letter formation 4. Develop spelling naturally through phonics, not memorization 5. Become confident in independent reading and writing Bonus: 1. Parents receive printable worksheets and sound practice guides weekly 2.Small group sessions for personalized attention 3. Monthly review and progress report for each child
