I am an enthusiastic and motivated certified personal trainer with a history in health and fitness that strives for excellence.
With a passion for Body confidence, Weight loss and Mixed Martial Arts, it is essential for me to maintain high professional standards at all times, especially in demanding environments.
Proficient at counselling clients regarding weight loss, body transformation goals, nutritional needs, correct use of fitness equipment and creating personal workout plans in accordance to individual client’s long term goals and improve their quality of life.
