With 5 years of experience in personal training and a background in Biokinetics (Sport & Movement Science), I focus on delivering personalized coaching built around your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level.
I believe fitness should improve your life, not consume it. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, build muscle, improve mobility, or simply move and feel better in your own body, I aim to create an environment that is welcoming, motivating, supportive, and challenging in the right ways.
