Hi, I’m Oriana, a NASM-certified personal trainer with six years of experience helping busy professionals and moms transform their bodies and feel confident. I’ve personally gone from 174 pounds to 126 pounds and now focus on toning and building strength, so I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy lifestyle. I specialize in 1-on-1 personal training tailored to each client’s fitness level and goals. Whether we train at your home, a park, or a select gym, all you have to do is show up—I’ll have your personalized plan ready.
