About Egbe Elvis
My name is Elvis, a personal trainer and boxing instructor with over 10 years of experience helping clients achieve measurable results through strength and conditioning, combat sport-specific training, boxing, circuit training, and nutritional guidance. I am also a certified Krav Maga Level 1 instructor. I give nutritional guidance to clients whereby healthy eating habits are promoted.
My primary objective for clients is to promote optimal health, which is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and promote healthy behaviors by focusing on a holistic approach to achieving your best outcome.

I design programs based on the clients goals and fitness level as each client is different having different abilities and body type. I always take into consideration clients current level when setting goals for a client and also take into account clients lifestyle such as eating patterns, working patterns and relevant personal circumstances like they have a disability that need to be considered.
