About Alexandro
My name is Alexandro and I am a certified personal trainer based in Hackney with 6 years of gym experience and a background in semi-professional football.
I am dedicated to helping people improve their fitness through structured, disciplined and results-focused coaching. My experience in both football and gym training allows me to bring an athletic and practical approach to my sessions.
I take pride in being professional, reliable and supportive, ensuring every client feels guided and confident throughout their fitness journey.

My sessions are structured and goal-focused, combining strength training, conditioning, endurance and athletic development. I tailor each workout to the client’s fitness level and objectives, ensuring steady progression and clear direction.
Lessons typically last around 60 minutes and can be done online or in person. I focus on correct technique, consistency and building confidence in training over time.
I work with beginners through to more experienced individuals, including those looking to improve general fitness, strength or athletic performance. My aim is to make training simple, effective and results-driven.
