Hi, I’m Renata, an EQF Level 4 and 5 certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Pilates Instructor with 4 years experience in the Fitness Industry.
My sessions combine strength training, Pilates, and mindful movement to help you build strength, improve posture, and feel confident in your body.
Each 60-minute online session is fully personalized to your goals and level. I focus on proper form, progressive techniques, and a motivating, supportive environment.
I also share simple nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support long-term results.
Perfect for beginners to advanced clients who want to tone, get stronger, or move with more confidence.
