About TANYA
I have over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer! I have worked with women and men of all ages and all walks of life. I have a deep passion for health and fitness and I hope to allow others to connect to their bodies in a more profound way. My goal is to help people gain strength, muscle, and also confidence!

We always start with a 30 minute consultation where I will get to know you and your specific goals.
A session will typically entail 5-10minutes of mobility and warm up exercises to prepare your body for the workout. It is followed by about 40 minutes of resistance training- the session will be tailored to your objectives (weight loss, muscle growth, increasing strength, etc). Finally we finish with a cool down and stretching to make sure the nervous system returns to baseline.
