About Samuel
Have been a personal trainer from 2018. Have handled diffrent clients from prenatal , postnatal till sports specific and also for personal reasonal reason clients for weight gain and loss.
As per the firness industry i want to be the top notch in the field and persuade diffrent certification and open minded for vast knowledge which i could give muy clients to bnot only the best but also a trust worthy package reliable with not just goal but also give them the awareness of fitness.
Have done certification in personal trainibg nutrioition. On my journey to sports massage certificated which concentrates on the myofacial release on the muscle due to consatnt contraction and rigid adaptationin thet tissue.

The training method is based on using science , biomechanics,training pple to acheive their goal regardless of the type of job or activity their are doing inclusive of their earlier physical condition and experiance.
Workout will start with proper posteur correction. As its is the major reason for sprain, strain and also dislocations.
Personal training , group classes and session, health and fitness for clients above 40years of age specifically concentrating on their body mass as their muscle loss will be more than their fat loss. Weight gain and weight loss.
Using diffrent sports and weight activity with proper method and reasonable information to make uunderstand the reason for such planing of workout.
