About Ela
I was there .. always on a diet, denying yourself everything what's tasty, fighting any temptation, overeating on difficult days, hating your body, feeling unattractive and sometimes unworthy, so I understand how you might feel. My own experience was an inspiration to help others. Studying biochemistry in college helped me fully understand how our metabolism works. The personal trainer course taught me the anatomy of the body and proper exercise techniques. My interest in health food made me learn a lot about nutrition, tasty and easy vegetable-based recipes, and the caloric value of a meal at 1 look. A deep passion for personal development and helping people led me to another coaching course to better reach the mentees and be professional support for them. By combining knowledge from various fields, I approach the problem of excess weight holistically and help find the right balance for you, which in turn leads to freedom in your own body.

The lessons are a mix of intense but short exercises, smooth yoga inspired stretching, learning the correct posture, and nutritional advice. Everything matched to your individual possibilities and preferences.
