About Diego
Hi, I'm Diego, a Certified Ontological Coach who has spent years guiding people through moments of real personal change, from career transitions to leadership growth and rebuilding confidence after setbacks.
Over the years, working with people across industries and life stages, I've learned something that shapes how I coach: people don't always need more information, sometimes they need a different way of looking at what's happening to them.
I work with students, professionals, and anyone going through a personal or career transition.
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure what comes next, maybe it's an academic decision, a job interview, a difficult conversation, or a pattern you keep repeating without knowing why.
What I offer isn't advice, my role is to help you explore how you're interpreting your situation, the beliefs and emotions behind your decisions, and the actions keeping you where you are. We work across three dimensions: language, emotion, and body.
Through honest conversation and powerful questions, we work toward one concrete thing: awareness that leads to real action.
I'm direct, curious, and non-judgmental. This isn't a space where I have the answers. It's a conversation between two people, with your experience at the center.
You don't have to figure everything out at once. Sometimes the first step is simply becoming willing to look at things differently.

How a session works:
We define your real objective, explore the beliefs and patterns behind it, identify what's currently limiting you, and close with clarity and a concrete next step.
Every session moves through three dimensions:
Language (how you interpret), emotion (where you act from), and body (how you show up).
My style:
A safe, judgment free space, deep listening, direct questions that build real awareness, not just conversation.

Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is designed to create clarity, reflection, and meaningful movement around what you want to transform.
Your first session is free, and you may ask why? Well, the purpose is for us to get to know each other, understand what you would like to work on, explain my coaching methodology, and give you the opportunity to experience what a coaching session with me is like before deciding whether to begin a coaching process.
For those who want to go deeper and maintain a more consistent transformation process, I also offer session packages that allow us to work with greater continuity and depth:

đ–Ł‚ Saga Pack | 5 sessions: CAD $125
đ–Ł‚ Ascent Pack | 10 sessions: CAD $220
Many people find that working across several sessions allows them to integrate their insights more deeply and create more consistent changes over time. For this reason, these packages are often the preferred option for those looking for an ongoing coaching process.
Sessions are available online through Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other platforms. The same hourly rate applies regardless of the platform, allowing you to work comfortably from wherever you are.
In-person sessions may also be available depending on your location. In this case, an additional transportation fee may apply, depending on the distance and location.
My intention is to provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space where you can speak freely, broaden your perspective, and move forward with greater clarity toward whatever you want to transform in your life.
