About Daniel
As a mental performance mentor, I walk alongside you to develop your resilience, focus, and ability to perform under pressure. My diverse background in amateur boxing and winter mountaineering allows me to draw from real experiences in difficult environments, teaching clients how to push their limits and maintain mental clarity and composure. In my professional career, I have worked with young adults in the juvenile justice and foster care system to develop distress tolerance skills and achieve their personal goals. -Certified in Mental Performance Mastery -Trained in Motivational Interviewing and Safe Crisis Management -Varsity Captain in HS Basketball and Football

During sessions, we will discuss 8 pillars of mental performance and conduct exercises as you learn to apply each module. The full curriculum is a 10-session package designed to equip you for mental success. Ongoing support and check-ins are available as you complete the curriculum. Mental skills training is an investment in yourself, a chance to re-define your purpose, and will help you show up differently in your sport and your life.
