About Dasha
Hello! My name is Daria, and I am a certified Menstrual Cycle Coach and Fertility Awareness Educator working with women and girls from different parts of the world. I am currently based in Brazil, where I continue supporting women through menstrual cycle education, fertility awareness, and body literacy.
My work focuses on helping women develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, cycles, fertility, and hormonal patterns through cycle tracking and conscious observation. I believe that understanding the menstrual cycle can become a powerful tool for self-awareness, health education, body autonomy, and connection to the body’s natural rhythms.
My personal journey with endometriosis also deeply shaped the path that led me into this work. Through navigating my own experiences with cyclical health challenges, I developed a deeper connection to menstrual health, fertility awareness, and the importance of creating supportive, informed, and compassionate spaces for women.
I work with girls and women in different phases of life — from menarche to menopause — and aim to create a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment where each woman can feel more informed, empowered, and connected to her body.
In addition to menstrual cycle coaching, I come from an international and multicultural background, having lived between Russia, the United States, and now Brazil. This experience has deepened my understanding of communication across cultures and allows me to support women from diverse backgrounds with openness and sensitivity.

This coaching space is centered around menstrual cycle education and fertility awareness through observing and tracking your own menstrual cycle.
I work with girls and women in different stages of life from menarche to menopause, supporting a deeper understanding of the body, cyclical patterns, hormones, fertility, and reproductive health through body literacy and cycle awareness.
Throughout the process, we learn how to identify and better understand different cycle signs such as bleeding patterns, energy levels, mood, physical symptoms, cervical mucus, and fertility windows. The goal is to develop a more conscious, connected, and informed relationship with your body and its natural rhythms.
The coaching container has a minimum duration of 3 months, with personalized bi-weekly sessions, allowing time to observe changes throughout different phases of the cycle and build a consistent practice of cycle tracking and body awareness.
Sessions are tailored to each woman’s individual needs and goals and may include topics such as:
• menstrual cycle education
• fertility awareness
• cycle tracking
• understanding the phases of the menstrual cycle
• preconception support
• conscious contraception
• hormonal symptoms and cyclical patterns
• the relationship between the body, emotions, stress, and energy throughout the cycle
My intention is to create a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free space where girls and women can develop greater autonomy, understanding, and confidence in relationship to their bodies.
