About Tpadma
I offer a holistic approach to well-being, starting with gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and pranayama to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore inner balance. From there, we explore emotional healing through inner child work and NLP, gently releasing old patterns and limiting beliefs that hold you back. Finally, I guide pranic and chakra-based practices to align your subtle energy, supporting deeper self-awareness, inner harmony, and soul-level alignment. Every session is personalized, nurturing, and accessible — no flexibility or prior experience needed, just your willingness to show up for yourself.
