I am a certified Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Sculpt instructor with 5 years of teaching experience.
I specialize in personalized 1:1 training designed around your goals, whether that’s building strength, toning, improving posture, or increasing flexibility. Every session is thoughtfully structured with a warm-up, targeted strength work, core focus, and stretch to keep you progressing safely and efficiently.
I focus on proper form, intentional movement, and motivating energy so you feel challenged but supported. My sessions are great for beginners building a foundation or experienced clients looking to level up.
